Evaluation of international English and machine translation
The following evaluations show the benefits of using International English as a source for machine translation.
- International English gives satisfactory machine translation into Norwegian.
- International English gives satisfactory machine translation into Spanish.
- International English gives better machine translations than standard English.
Sometimes, machine translation gives unsatisfactory translations. For example, for English to Welsh translation, Google Translate is not satisfactory.
